Project Management

Project Planning & Scheduling

PSI provides many project critical services to ensure the successful initiation of the project during this phase. These include scope definition, work breakdown structure (WBS) development, schedule development, and defining the procurement, quality, communications and risk management plans for the project. Project Specific can augment your Project Team with a member of our project planning staff or provide you with a complete planning team.
